Mango Smoothies

Somehow, I’m back to not feeling well. Luckily I have a doctor’s appointment Monday so hopefully we’ll figure something out then. However, to accommodate my unhappy body, I figured smoothies would be a great start to the day. I can actually credit this to Robert who started talking about them last night. My mum and I used to drink them all the time and I thought they’d be great for my incessant sore throat. Plus, it allows me to get some vitamins in my system. So whether you are just looking for a cool drink during the warm weather, or you haven’t been feeling well, I definitely recommend this recipe.

Mango Smoothies

Ingredients:

1/2 medium ripe banana

2 cups of peeled mango

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey

Method:

Blend everything until the mixture is no longer lumpy and then drink up!
